The toilet of the ages

Our ancestors just used the nearest stream. Why don't we? This enormous bathroom consists of an artificial stream in a porcelain riverbank. All bathing and toilet activities are performed in it. Water volume is more than sufficient to flush away waste and bathwater alike. If you prefer you can always bathe upstream from where you poo. Obviously it's necessary to brush away anything sticking to the porcelain on a frequent basis.
