Anybody who makes a living that occasionally requires
long corporate
meetings on Zoom knows that this is the time to get
those
nails looking their best.
As a free promotional product, Zoom would give you all
the tools
you need to trim, file and otherwise make your nails look
great in
one kit. Nail trimmer, file, cuticle thingy etc all
emblazoned with the Zoom logo.
It comes in a box that looks like a note pad labeled
"Important meeting notes" so you can hide it away when
it's
your turn to talk.

Now, devise a feature that permits systematic and thorough nose and ear excavations while concealing your activities from the other participants ... the "green screen" fake background/wallpaper technology could be adapted, shirley ? |

I'm trying to limit myself to one visit here a day. (as
well as news and social media sites) I'll get on that
tomorrow. |

My new year's resolution is going to be to do more
real
surfing and less web surfing. There may be reasons to
live in California if you don't surf, I'm just not aware
of any. |

Video backgrounds are a thing. Similarly, hours of footage
of you paying attention with occasional sage nods can be
obtained from any previous meeting. Then you're free to
do anything you like. My personal favorite is a dual
monitor setup, camera over primary monitor zoom on
secondary monitor, primary monitor contains whichever
strategy* game you're into at the moment. Several hours
of careful considered attention is then easy. Wouldn't
want the French creeping up on my eastern border now
would we? |

The heating is free, if a little excessive in patches.
Summers might get hot, but not oppressive 24hr stinky
humid hot with air that was in a Carolina armpit 8hrs ago.
The relative lack of bugs. Like England they got it
together to ban bugs in the late 50's. Here on the east
coast we have the clever convenient and delightful
system of an extra mesh door/window over every existing
door/window so that getting in and out while carrying
objects is near impossible - a security feature I presume. |

"Wear your Kaftan with pride ... " |

Presumably you also wear sandals, have a waist-length beard, are vegan, hug trees, and drive a Prius ? What we refer to as a "legitimate target" ... |
|

Hey, wait just a minute, I resemble that...all but the beard of
course. |

So you shaved this morning, big deal... |
|
|
Smartass. Aren't you ever in bed asleep? EVER??? |

We spend time in our regeneration alcoves, yes, but our systems never completely shut down like you feeble humans need to. |
