my palmtop organiser does all sorts of nice things.

there’s space for some photographs, a calendar and a world clock. heaps of room for contacts and their details, etc.

the only thing that seems to be missing is a mirror and I don’t see why this should be such a difficult thing to do.

if the mirror was the bottom layer of all the applications, then when you switch everything off, it would default to the reflective layer.

perhaps a slide-in lipstick on the opposite side to the little pen, or is that asking too much?

Mirror App http://www.freeware...mirrorprogram.shtml
One of the first applications ever to come out on Palm. Works, sorta. No lipstick, though. [moomintroll, Nov 13 2005]

I just saw (a photo of) one studded with diamonds. Or maybe that was an iPod. Either way, that too, right?

moom, //They typically turn the whole screen black to allow you to view yourself easily// it kinda works that way now but its too dark to view properly.

My other half (my girl that is, not the half of me with legs on) has just bought herself a VK570 phone (link). It has a screen that turns into a mirror at the touch of a button - quite effective too. While I never need a mirror for my lippy, I often want one to look at the back of equipment without having to remove it from where it is. Unfortunately the VK570 is a bit too girly, what with the diamante cover and all.
