Drive-thru Salad

Okay. Fresh Spring Rolls like the ones served in Vietnamese restauraunts are basically a salad in rice paper, right? Why not open a drive-thru fast food place that offers various other types of fresh salad wrapped up into tight little packages with some rice paper? Instead of a little dipping cup of peanut sauce, you could offer various dressings to dip the rolls in.
