I have no software or programming background. No Java, HTML or other such things. Thus I have no idea about how this idea will work. Let's hope a nerd reads this and does something.

Many a time, I have sent an email only to regret it. The wording, the grammar, the tone, too friendly, too harsh, etc etc.

Surely it must be possible to send out an Email Sucker, just like an email, from my account to another's, that will suck out my last email to his/her account....surely its possible...

In MS Outlook, open the sent message then do Actions->Recall This Message...

I could tell you how to do this, but then... hey, you know the rest.

Send it after proofreading next time, not before.
