This is a regular pair of pants, from the waist down to the knees, whereupon the two legs fuse together (elasticly so as to permit movement) into a gigantic mono Bellbottom dress. This is a combination pants and dress. Could be worn as a statement of gender fluidity or to show off a thigh gap but retain the foot- hiding flowyness of a gown below the knees.

       I would wear this

You could store stuff like sandwiches or books on top of the "bridge".

Maybe add Velcro seam between the two legs, if the wearer ever wants to walk or run.

The problem is that if the "bridge" between the ankles is wide enough to allow walking, it's going to sag down and drag on the ground when you put your legs together, or as your legs pass eachother when walking.

I suppose, though, that one could adopt a legs-apart Baderesque style of walking.

A pair of straps to keep it from dragging?
