Scrollable reading levels

A program (or person) can rewrite articles to specific reading levels. When you come to an article you do not understand, scientific journal etc, just scroll down to your appropriate reading level until it makes sense.

Or get a more detailed higher analysis of a dumbed down article (if possible).
