Use stolen superphoenix reactor fuel to make correctional facilities dangerously radioactive thus causing mass pardons of persons who will then flood the housing mkt with state rent guarantees cleverly propping up regional values

It seems likely that this would be more the activity of the group that currently has the fuel. That I do not know. If there were two groups the Grues n the Bleens The Grues could radioactivize those facilities to release the largest number of persons of use to their organization thus creating a talent or tactical advantage over the bleens

during the 20th century two thirds of the people at correctional facilities were there on nonviolent charges thus they are fairly mild people Happylong is also an option

Thus this simple plan uses stolen French reactor fuel to tactically release people while stimulating the economy

note: actually its more ethical just to return the reactor fuel to where it was taken from

I like the way it gets anyone or everyone out of jail regardless of my behavior

Now I can suggest witness protection without anybody getting concerned that what I say could matter to them personally

I'm impressed - 2 full stops in the second paragraph, and a colon in the last. This place is wearing off even on beany.

//two thirds of the people at correctional facilities were there on nonviolent charges // so were there for theft, fraud, embezzlement etc - great for the economy.

//state rent guarantees// where is this money coming from? If these people don't have jobs, and in a time of rising unemployment who would want to employ all of these felons, the state will have to pay for the rent.

For the most part, I prefer that criminals who 12 men, good and true have decided should be in prison, stay in prison until it is safe / just to release them.
