A reverse augmented reality app that shows everything that has an existing online presence slightly greyed out.
So, passing through a familiar location, you notice that an etablishment you know something about - The Flying Swan, or The Hand and Racquet - isn't greyed out.

Gesture* with your VR control glove and the system will cache what you're looking at and remind you later to fill in some basic details on an appropriate public platform ("Man who runs Christmas Club is a swindler", "Mild average, bitter good, lager dreadful, don't have the pie").
