When drinking something that comes from a plastic ring pack,
people recommend cutting them with some scissors, so
animals wouldn't get stuck in those when they throw them
away, but sometimes people don't have scissors when they
drink.
So I think the solution would be to make them detachable,
the plastic rings would feature a line that you could snap of
with your hands to cut the ring, or you could try pulling the
can and the ring would snap off, and no need for scissors.

I agree they should only be removable by breaking the perforation. |

or deem them a deposit/refund item. |

Or just set fire to them and watch them burn. |

//just set fire to them and watch them burn// the environment, or just the animals? |

I think someone who is sufficiently unevolved not to
understand the basic concept of a litter bin is very
unlikely to be competent with a pair of scissors. |

How soon they forget ... need we remind you of the unfortunate
"incident" in the Third-Best Pineapple Conservatory nvolving Mrs.
McGrembly and Tarplin the junior Aspidistra trimmer ? We said from
the outset that Tarplin was not sufficiently evolved to qualify as inside
staff; only two of that clutch hatched and he was the only one to
pupate successfully. Even Sturton thought it was a bad idea. |

How anyone (anything ? ) can mistake an elderly Scots cook in a
green dress for a rampant aspidistra is not clear. A triffid pehaps, but
not an aspidistra. The dress wasn't even very green (although it was
hard to tell, what with all the bloodstains and all). |

Strange how the only part he didn't eat were the big toneails. Must be
some funny religious thing. |

I'm surprised at [Max]'s familiarity with these plastic things - can you get them for decanters? |

Now you're making fun of me. You know full well
that we only have two Pineapple Conservatories and
that, since the economic downturn, the trimming of
the Aspidistrae has been handled by the viticulture
trainee. I happen to know that you are _very_
familiar with this trainee - the signs alerting guests to
the CCTV are quite clear, so you have only yourself to
blame. |

I have seen some members of the staff's staff with
them. |

I prefer not to look at any man's staff, especially not when he's doing something questionable with a plastic ring. |

Tone, [Rayford]. Try to preserve the tone. |

By noticing the lower orders? I don't think so. |

[pocmloc] Yes, I get bored towards the end of a cricket match too |

Ah... hmm.. oh right. Let me go off and practice a bit more... 'the rain in Spain...' |
